3/4 (Sulcus) length orthotic with durable top cover, 1/16" Poron-shock absorbing material. Provides thin-fit cushioned comfort with a firm arch. Designed for dress shoes or footwear with limited toe area.


Pre-Molded Full-Length Forefoot Split with Firm Arch Support and Heel Cushion (MFSM/FFSM)

Full-length orthotic with 1/8" Poron and firm arch. Forefoot area is designed to allow for the addition of metatarsal pads, offloads or modifications. When completed, top cover is glued in place, integrating the correction into the finished orthotic. Also available in 3/4-length with 1/16" Poron (MFDSM/FFDSM).

Flat Full-Length Accommodative Plastazote

Full-length with 1/8" Plastazote and 1/8" Poron for excellent cushioning and shock absorption. Two types available:
